Went to the massage therapist to get my rhomboid sorted out. You know it's bad when the therapist says "Well, I've spent 25 minutes on your rhomboid, and there's lots of circulation to the area"
Me: Yup, it's nice and warm
Therapist: It's really pink and I don't want to overwork it, but you'll have some soreness there tomorrow.

You know that the knots got attacked when you realize he's using his ELBOW. I made an appt to go back in 3 weeks. :-D
